Pipeline 4 Progress
Pipeline 4 Progress is a think tank and public forum dedicated to creating, attracting and retaining talented individuals to the Southern Tier of Upstate New York. This video project is designed to assist in our mission by attracting the most creative individuals and displaying their talents to the rest of the region.
BeHere Video Project
The purpose of this project is to build our region's identity while drawing in a young, creative demographic to help us do so. The video entries will point out the some of the greatest qualities of our area, and perhaps some of the best-kept secrets. We'll get an idea of the things that our residents enjoy about life in the Pipeline 4 Progress region of Upstate New York.
Once the contest is over, P4P will go back through all of the video entries to find the best footage that we can use for promoting our region. Not only will we have what we need for attracting new, young talent from outside our area, but we'll also provide a reenergizing campaign for our current residents.
